 | About Us Global Hands Gambia is a non-profit, social enterprise set up in early 2013 to tackle issues regarding global inequality especially in the Gambia, through community engagement. It is a project of Global Hands Leicester in the united kingdom founded on the 7th of June 2012. Global Hands Gambia is an organisation that stands for positive change and we will try by all means so as to make a difference in our societies. Our WorkWe work in different ways to achieve our objectives and we mostly work at the grass-root level. Communities, we believe, are the places where a change can be made and without their involvement in nation building, our efforts to make a change will then be in vain. This being the case, communities are the basis of our developmental work. |

Capturing a great sense of understanding of what is going around in our societies is a step to a change making adventure. Truth be told, there are a vast number of people trying to reach out to the thousands of people around our country but the level of understanding of their stand for a change is lacking so lets seize this opportunity a give them that we get the gist of their initiatives and that we welcome a drive for a better Gambia.
